Best Effort is not covered under the same SLA's as our supported services and does not guarantee any future support for any issue. Please understand that Best Effort issues may take longer to resolve.

Because of the differences in the Managed Services we provide, Best Effort support means different things at each level of managed service. But don’t worry! We will always let you know what is Best Effort every step of the way. You’ll never be left wondering if the software is supported or not. We will always try our best to provide a solution for you.
Our Epic Support team is happy to provide Best Effort solutions for software, hardware and your server. Best Effort does not include content management, coding or designing for your websites. We may also direct you to a better resource for your issue, such as Plugin Developer, Designer, Software Author etc.
