Once you backup files, we restore those.
If you want to transfer xxx.com to our server, please delete existing xxx.com from our server. (if you already created)
Follow this steps:
1. Login to cpanel as Reseller account to old server
2. cPanel --> Backup a Full backup
3. Backup destination --> Remote Ftp Server
4. Remote Server --> Your New Server
5. Remote User --> Your Reseller username
6. Remote Pass --> Your Password
7. Enter Generate Backup
If you have 5 domains in the old server, then you need to do a full backup for 5 accounts.
We will restore those from the server.
** Important: All backup files should be in your main reseller domain folder.
After you check all backup files moved, please submit a ticket.
